Happening next weekend on Sunday the 26th of March Happening next weekend on Sunday the 26th of March (10am-1pm €55), this half day will be a real treat for the body, mind and soul. As we are at the Equinoctial mid-point of the year, our focus will be all about balancing our energies for ease and flow. We will enjoy movement practices, including Somatic Movement and Embodied Yoga as well as taking time to enjoy breath-work, meditation and guided relaxation. We will also get to recalibrate and balance optimum well-being with a deeply therapeutic Sound Bath. As always we will be nourished with a delicious late morning snack.
